The purpose of the academy is to deliver professional coaching service to the general public, and educational services to schools, universities, sport clubs, communities and individuals. Academy programs are operated by highly motivated, qualified (sport science degree/coaching degree) full-time professional coaches.

E & J Athletics is the only athletics academy in Victoria that provides expert level coaching for all athletics/track and field events.
